Role Summary:

The marketing and advertising division of Rakuten is dedicated to assisting premier brands in acquiring new customers and optimizing their advertising investments. We are seeking an Intern to provide support for account management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication with both internal and external stakeholders, serving as a liaison between clients and the account management team.
  • Oversee operational aspects of client programs to ensure satisfaction and achieve revenue objectives.
  • Conduct audits of creative materials and placements as directed by the account team or client, updating promotional content as necessary.
  • Analyze affiliate websites to identify potential enhancements for client performance.
  • Assist in outreach efforts to clients and partners to foster new business opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Open to entry-level candidates.
