Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Directeur d'Études / Directeur de Clientèle expérimenté pour renforcer notre équipe parisienne. L'institut est reconnu pour son expertise sur des secteurs tels que le luxe, la beauté, le healthcare et les biens de consommation (FMCG), avec un fort accent sur les études qualitatives.
Responsabilités- Développer et entretenir des relations clients solides et de confiance sur le long terme.
- Participer activement au développement commercial : identification de nouvelles opportunités, réponses aux appels d'offres, prospection.
- Assurer le suivi et le développement du chiffre d'affaires d'un portefeuille client existant.
- Manager et accompagner les équipes sur la réalisation des projets d'études.
- 10 ans d'expérience en institut ou agence d'études de marché, avec une spécialisation en qualitatif.
- Expertise sur les secteurs luxe, beauté, healthcare, FMCG.
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets et relation clients.
- Anglais courant impératif.
