Sales Strategy Manager - Accessories & Audio

We are looking for a seasoned sales strategist to spearhead the growth of Apple-branded Accessories and Audio segments across South Europe, collaborating with both new and established reseller partners.

In this role, you will work closely with Carrier and Reseller Sales teams throughout the region, partnering with Account Executives, Account Leads, and country managers to cultivate robust partnerships with resellers, enhance sell-through rates, and ensure that Apple customers have access to essential branded accessories and audio products that complement their devices.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the revenue and growth objectives for Apple Accessories, AirPods, and Beats across reseller channels in South Europe.
  • Advocating the value proposition of Apple-branded accessories to carrier and retail accounts, highlighting incremental opportunities.
  • Developing the short and medium-term sales strategy for Accessories, AirPods, and Beats, and collaborating with regional and central teams to prioritize initiatives.
  • Managing a diverse pipeline of partners, including exploring new market routes.
  • Designing and negotiating assortments of key accessory SKUs tailored for each partner.
  • Crafting a compelling customer experience through effective placement and merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to devise demand generation strategies with resellers.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and overseeing the renewal of accessory programs.
  • Leading a team of Account Executives in executing worldwide rebate programs.
  • Drafting legal agreements and coordinating with operations and supply-demand management for timely product availability.
  • Partnering with finance teams to build and review quarterly forecasts for Accessories, AirPods, and Beats.
  • Supporting country teams in business planning initiatives to ensure comprehensive strategies are in place.
  • Preparing presentations and analytical reports to support sales initiatives and tracking progress for senior management.
  • Building strong internal relationships to enhance engagement with Accessories and continuously seeking opportunities to streamline processes and grow the business.

Minimum Qualifications

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in customer-facing sales, business development, or similar roles.
  • Background in retail or telecommunications sales is preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to convey strategic sales messages effectively.
  • Proven skills in managing customer relationships and overcoming objections.
  • Strong presentation capabilities and executive presence.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to design new cross-functional business processes for timely outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency with presentation tools.
  • Ability to work with multicultural teams and adapt to new cultures quickly.
  • Capacity to foster strong relationships with central and global teams.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is advantageous.

Education & Experience
