Drive Business Growth in the European Market

Hartmann Young is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Global Commercial Lead to spearhead the company’s expansion in the European diagnostics market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory systems and a proven track record of developing and executing innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to establish Hartmann Young’s presence in the European market.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging a strong network and expertise in the IVD/POCT market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to showcase the company’s products and value proposition to stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with WHO and health organizations to enhance the company’s global standing.
  • Develop and execute funding projects to support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of international sales experience in the IVD/POCT market.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory systems, including Lab Chains and Manufacturers.
  • Proficiency in French and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
