Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer tailored recommendations based on their preferences and interests.
  • Share your passion for French gastronomy, offering insightful knowledge of regional cheeses and wines to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness in the guest cabins.
  • Pursue meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience is flawless.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Guest Service: A passion for providing exceptional customer service, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring that rooms are meticulously cleaned, supplies are replenished, and any maintenance issues are promptly addressed.
  • Contribute to creating elegant table settings, using appropriate linens, silverware, and glassware according to Belmond standards.
