As a Host at Les Bateaux Belmond, you will be part of a luxury river cruising experience, creating lasting memories for discerning guests. Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service, warm hospitality, and insightful commentary, elevating each voyage into an unforgettable adventure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide personalized service throughout their stay.
  • Offer tailored recommendations based on guests' preferences and interests.
  • Share knowledge of French gastronomy, regional cheeses, and wines to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness in guest cabins.
  • Pay attention to detail to ensure every aspect of the guest experience is flawless.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional guest service with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to anticipate guests' needs.
  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry in a luxury setting.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication with guests and colleagues.
