About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Arrow Cybersecurity Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities with our network of partners (VARs, ISVs, and IT services companies).
Your Mission:
You will identify, select, and propose new partnership contracts for our offer. You will actively participate in the animation of the commercial relationship with the supplier, in the development and implementation of the marketing plan.
Your Profile and Skills:
- Higher education in Commerce with successful experience in field sales and leading a network of partners (indirect sales) for 2 years in a similar position.
- Good mastery of information systems architecture and knowledge of the Infrastructure and/or Security & Networks ecosystem.
- Ability to recruit new customers, particularly through good knowledge of the Channel and lobbying Customers and Suppliers.
- Experience in developing and implementing a commercial action plan and objective follow-up.
Your Personal Qualities:
- Passionate about new technologies, with qualities as a hunter and pugnacity.
- Ability to listen and analytical skills, making you a collaborator capable of understanding customer needs and supporting them.
- Efficient, autonomous, and creative, with a taste for the desired cybersecurity.
