We are on the lookout for a Client Advisor to join our team, dedicated to delivering outstanding client service and enhancing brand loyalty. The primary responsibilities include surpassing client expectations, leveraging cross-selling opportunities, and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surpassing client expectations with extensive product knowledge
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities and utilizing CRM systems
