About the Role
CESI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and promoting our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Organize and participate in business development events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and establish new connections.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a business development or commercial role, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding customer bases.
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
