**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Account Manager to join our team in France and French-speaking countries.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow Creactives demand, market reach, and customer coverage with partners.
- Collaborate with partners to create mutual value between Creactives and customers.
- Execute Creactives indirect channel business development strategy.
- Develop and enact complex sales and marketing strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and land new customer sales with partners.
- Manage partner performance and ensure compliance with Creactives Partner Program.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Industry and consulting exposure.
- Direct sales performance and indirect sales realization with partners.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- University degree in Business or Engineering.
- Fluency in French and English languages.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
