About the Position:
As a Key Accounts Business Consultant, you will serve as a vital link between the Key Account Department and various internal and external stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to identify challenges and enhance Fleet Sales processes and systems on both national and international levels. You will simplify complex requirements into actionable solutions, create automated workflows, and effectively communicate your team's needs to the development team. In a leadership capacity, you will guide task force teams, track progress, and ensure the achievement of objectives. Regular interaction with markets and customers will facilitate ongoing improvements driven by valuable insights. This role is designed for those who are prepared to instigate meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Key Account Department to implement strategic initiatives for fleet sales, focusing on achieving sales goals, market positioning, and pricing strategies to enhance profitability and market share.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, dealers, and partners, ensuring timely availability and delivery of vehicles to meet customer expectations.
- Design and execute sales support initiatives, including promotional strategies, marketing materials, and training programs, to assist partners in enhancing brand visibility.
- Oversee financial transactions related to fleet sales, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in all payments and settlements.
- Gather and evaluate market data, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular updates to the Head of Fleet Sales regarding market feedback and sales opportunities.
- Assist in the negotiation and finalization of fleet sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies in collaboration with fleet partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to align with the requirements of fleet sales programs and support sales activities as needed.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations to showcase fleet department activities and ensure regular updates.
- Compile and manage fleet support initiatives for dealers.
- Establish and lead task force teams to monitor targets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring the successful attainment of objectives.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Fleet Sales.
Candidate Profile:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in management, IT, or process-related fields;
2. Over 3 years of experience in process management, ideally within the automotive industry;
3. Proven ability to translate complex commercial processes into streamlined workflows and automated systems;
4. Proficient in both English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills;
5. Exceptional planning and organizational skills;
6. Structured, process-oriented, and adept at problem-solving;
7. Analytical, inquisitive, and proactive mindset;
8. Strong project leadership capabilities, able to manage work pressures effectively;
