Job Summary:

The F&B Captain will assist the Asst. Outlet Manager in managing the team and organizing the F&B point of sale from A to Z. The successful candidate will ensure guest satisfaction, quality, and high standards of service for customers, while also helping the point of sale attain profitable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Asst. Outlet Manager in managing the team and organizing the F&B point of sale.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction, quality, and high standards of service for customers.
  • Help the point of sale attain profitable results.
  • Ensure strict application of in-focus SOPs and achieve minimum score targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role as F&B Captain/F&B Supervisor.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Good knowledge of F&B service operations, especially in All Day Dining Restaurants.
  • Working experience in 5* hotel operations is highly regarded.
