Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Global Customer Support Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a global customer support team, developing positive customer relationships, and resolving complex customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a global customer support team to develop standard processes across sites.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, addressing concerns proactively.
  • Answer complex customer inquiries on product availability, part interchangeability, maintenance, and order status.
  • Monitor customer requests and orders to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Coordinate the resolution of customer issues related to pricing, schedule, cost, quality, warranty, invoicing, and technical matters.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to acknowledge receipt of requests and provide status reports.
  • Act as the focal point for all customer communication.
  • Keep sales department personnel informed of customer activity and issues.
  • Develop and provide periodic repair order status reports to company management and customers.
  • Ensure high-quality services during customer visits, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Make appropriate business judgments and decisions independently.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks with rapid changes in priorities.
  • Handle adverse situations.
  • Have 3-5 years' experience managing global customer service in the aviation industry.
  • Have customer service experience in the aviation industry.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills.
Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years relevant experience.
  • Military Aviation Customer Service Background.
Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience.
