Anvolia 37, a leading French company specializing in HVAC systems, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Business Developer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of valued clients, coordinating projects from inception to completion, and ensuring strict adherence to industry standards. Your expertise in HVAC engineering, coupled with your strong commercial acumen and project management skills, will be instrumental in driving our success.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the HVAC market and actively pursue them.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients, highlighting Anvolia 37's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HVAC Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a commercial business development role within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, design principles, and installation practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
