We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Revenue Growth Executive to join our team at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities.
  • Meet employee, guest, and owner expectations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maximize sales and achieve pre-determined targets by working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and implement solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Sales Executive or Assistant Manager in hotel operations.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
