Customer Care Manager

As a key member of our Customer Care Exchange & Registries team, you will be responsible for handling Registries-related tasks. Your primary focus will be on implementing new procedures to enhance the admission process, guiding members through the admission process, and assisting with operational tasks and customer support.
As the first point of contact for customer inquiries, you will process and save incoming documentation, update data in the Registries, and serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as IT and business development teams.
Requirements include a university degree, preferably in business administration or back-office management, and/or experience in back/middle office. Proficiency in French and English is essential, as well as knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment.
