Traffic Growth Specialist for EMEA

Job Overview:

As an EMEA Traffic Specialist at Salomon, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our marketing strategies across European markets, focusing on driving traffic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall Strategy: Manage and optimize marketing channels to boost traffic in European regions.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Collaborate with the global team to execute paid search initiatives, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and profitability.
  • Paid Social Advertising: Oversee social media ad campaigns, experiment with creative content, refine messaging, and work closely with CRM for targeted outreach.
  • Programmatic Display Advertising: Formulate action plans and retargeting approaches in conjunction with the global team.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Tailor the e-commerce calendar for localized campaigns, enhance customer journeys, and evaluate CRM performance metrics.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Apply SEO best practices, refresh product catalogs, optimize localized content, and track performance indicators.
  • Partnerships and Affiliations: Oversee partner sales, explore new partnership opportunities, and enhance affiliate marketing programs.
  • Planning and Reporting: Deliver traffic forecasts, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate performance reports, and suggest optimal channel mixes and creative formats.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Several years of professional experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Education: Degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Analytics, Google, and Meta platforms.
  • Competencies: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; meticulous attention to detail; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; familiarity with e-commerce metrics and analytical tools; sensitivity to fashion and outdoor brands; advanced knowledge of audience targeting and campaign management.
