Job Overview

As an EMEA Traffic Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving traffic growth across 15 European markets for Salomon. Your expertise in digital marketing will be essential in overseeing various marketing channels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall Management: Supervise marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing traffic across multiple European regions.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Collaborate with the global team to manage paid search campaigns, ensuring they meet profitability targets and adhere to budget constraints.
  • Paid Social Advertising: Oversee social media ad campaigns, testing creative approaches, optimizing messaging, and working closely with CRM teams for targeted outreach.
  • Programmatic Display Advertising: Formulate action plans and retargeting strategies in partnership with the global team.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Tailor the e-commerce calendar for localized campaigns, enhancing customer journeys and analyzing CRM performance metrics.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Apply SEO best practices, update product catalogs, optimize localized content, and track performance metrics.
  • Partnerships and Affiliations: Manage relationships with partners, seek new partnership opportunities, and enhance affiliate marketing programs.
  • Planning and Reporting: Generate traffic forecasts, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), produce performance reports, and recommend optimal channel mixes and creative formats.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Analytics, Google tools, and Meta platforms.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
    • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy; adept at prioritizing and multitasking.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce metrics and analytical tools.
    • Understanding of fashion and outdoor brands.
    • Advanced knowledge of channel and audience targeting, comfortable with both prospecting and conversion-focused campaigns.
