Business Development Expert for Fintech/Web3 Ecosystem

Lobster is a pioneering decentralized finance application, offering innovative strategies to generate passive income on cryptocurrencies while maximizing returns and minimizing risks.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development expert to join our sales team and drive business growth in the Fintech/Web3 ecosystem.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities, map our client's and partner's ecosystem, and generate highly qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities- Map our client's and partner's ecosystem to identify key players and opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
- Work closely with our CEO/Co-founders to develop and refine our sales pipeline.
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings to discuss progress and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the Fintech/Web3 ecosystem.
- Student in business school or equivalent.
- Understanding of sales principles and lead generation methods.
- Familiarity with the Fintech/Web3 ecosystem and its key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
