Lead Channel Development and Drive Business Growth

WatchGuard Technologies is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Channel Development to lead our efforts in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing channel partners to drive business growth and expand our market presence with a focus on the French market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel development strategy to drive business growth and expand market presence
  • Lead the recruitment and nurturing of channel partners to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of channel development initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, sales teams, and marketing teams
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform channel development strategies
Requirements:
  • Excellent French and English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Strong negotiation, writing, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business, sales, or marketing
