Unlock Your Potential in MICE Sales

At Accor, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a pioneer in responsible hospitality, we offer a unique opportunity to grow and develop your skills in the MICE segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targeted sales calls and business leads for the MICE segment.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key MICE clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling hotel facilities and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring Accor remains competitive in the MICE market.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
