Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform marketing strategies and optimize product listings and shelf space allocations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and French.
  • Ability to develop and implement business plans, set sales targets, and track performance metrics.
  • Creative problem-solving and process improvement skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
