Leadership and Strategy:
As a Sales Manager at Hasbro, you will lead the sales team to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve profitability.
- Managing key accounts and developing business plans to maximize sales and revenue.
Sales Monitoring and Analysis:
You will be responsible for objectively analyzing sales data to inform marketing teams about consumer trends. Your tasks will include:
- Setting up tracking tools to measure weekly or monthly performance of each sales representative.
- Analyzing sales trends and client data to provide recommendations.
- Managing client budgets and promotional investments.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
You will work in partnership with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to identify new growth opportunities for the brand with clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing sales forecasts, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjusting plans to meet quarterly and annual objectives.
- Proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of action plans and optimize profitability.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a Sales Manager or Area Manager in FMCG.
- Creative problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
