Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve near and medium-term business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve commercial priorities.
  • Play a lead role in Hasbro's One Voice approach, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across retail channels.
  • Proactively share insights and recommendations with the Global Commercial Strategy & Operations team to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Senior Category Manager in FMCG.
  • Ability to execute global channel strategies and drive business growth.
  • Experience with recommending and implementing strategies across different channels.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Creative problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
