Customer Success Specialist F/H

As a Customer Success Specialist at MYM, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our creators by providing them with the necessary support and resources to achieve their goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Onboard new creators and identify those with high potential
- Analyze the activity of new creator accounts and provide recommendations to optimize revenue and usage of the platform
- Foster relationships with new creators and respond to their needs on a daily basis
- Work on cross-functional projects to improve the Customer Success team, such as benchmarking reward policies and creating learning content
- Collaborate with other departments on specific missions
- Report internal issues and suggestions for improvement from users
- Experience in Customer Success in a B2C sector
- Strong relational skills to guide and convince
- Ability to adapt communication to the audience and express themselves clearly
- High energy and a smile, both on the phone and in video calls
- Resilience and ability to analyze data and draw conclusions and action plans
- Ability to prioritize actions and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English is a plus, and another European language (German/Spanish) is required
- Work-life balance
