Join Dassault Systèmes, a global frontrunner in Scientific Software Engineering, as a Client Success Manager.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Assist Value-Added Resellers (VARs) in categorizing 3DEXPERIENCE (Cloud) clients to ensure effective training and support, enhancing cloud usage.
- Track the adoption rate of 3DEXPERIENCE Works from the client perspective to guarantee subscription continuity.
- Foster customer adoption, growth, and retention by establishing reliable relationships and maximizing product value.
- Utilize engagement opportunities, such as Business Reviews, to understand client business objectives and advise on optimal utilization of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of experience in direct client engagement, preferably in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within a B2B technology firm focused on the ASEAN market, including ANZ.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Preferred: strong knowledge and comprehension of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
