About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Service Representative to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a Sales Service Representative, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, providing customer support, and ensuring maximum efficiency and accuracy in resolving customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Utilize strong organizational and project coordination skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales service and/or supply chain customer service.
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and any local language relevant for the role.
  • Proficiency in computing skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP.
  • Financial skills (quotes/pricing/budgeting & forecasting processes).
