Quelles sont les missions ?
En tant que Key Account Manager - Île-de-France, vous serez rattaché à la Direction Commerciale.
Vos missions incluent la gestion des relations avec un grand client international, la communication avec les marchés concernés et la réalisation de devis pour l'Europe et le Moyen-Orient.
Vous superviserez également les projets, en coordonnant l'équipe pour garantir l'exécution des commandes à temps.
Le développement commercial fait partie intégrante de votre rôle, avec des responsabilités dans la prospection de nouveaux clients, la présentation de produit et l'atteinte des objectifs de vente.
Vous serez également en charge du support après-vente, de l'amélioration continue et de la mise en oeuvre d'initiatives écologiques.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Le Key Account Manager - Île-de-France idéal est un professionnel rigoureux et organisé, avec une capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à communiquer avec divers profils.
Vous possédez au moins 4 ans d'expérience en gestion de comptes clés et en développement commercial, idéalement dans le secteur du luxe.
Une formation en commerce ou ingénierie est requise et vous devez maîtriser l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit.
Curieux, flexible et avec une appétence pour les dispositifs connectés, vous saurez vous adapter rapidement à un environnement international.
