Business Development Representative

XCharge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Europe. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within defined European regions and customer segments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Excellent French and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Remote working location with flexibility to work from anywhere in France (or other locations in the same time zone)
- Occasional office visits in Hamburg, Germany and team-building activities
