Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion with existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare and present reports to internal stakeholders on client progress and performance.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Proactively address client concerns and issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in client account or relationship management.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with knowledge of other languages a plus.
