Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion with existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Prepare and present regular reports to internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Proactively address client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Proven experience in client account or relationship management.
- High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with knowledge of other languages a plus.
