Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Wallester. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business cases to drive integration flow and ensure successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Collect and prepare KYC/AML documents for Compliance review, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements, leveraging your excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business partner relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and business growth opportunities.
  • Continuously build your client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Reach out to existing clients on a monthly/quarterly basis, for retention and potential upsell purposes, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Proactively expand business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue delegations/escalations as needed, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Successful previous experience in client account or relationship management.
  • High emotional intelligence, independent thinking, and self-starting abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all company levels.
  • Formal presentation and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Great organizational skills, with a focus on prioritization and time management.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English, Italian (mandatory - both written and spoken), with knowledge of other languages a plus.
  • Superior analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business growth.
