Umpacte, cabinet de recrutement engagé et multi-spécialiste, recherche un(e) Category Manager (H/F) pour l'un de ses clients spécialisés, un acteur majeur dans le secteur FMCG.
Description du poste
Vous serez chargé(e) de la gestion des catégories de produits et de l'optimisation de la présence en rayon sur les gammes permanentes et saisonnières. Vous serez garant de la négociation de l'assortiment.
Missions
- Analyser les performances via les panels distributeurs et consommateurs.
- Établir les diagnostics catégoriels de votre portefeuille d'enseigne(s) et par marché : GMS, Drive.
- Être un acteur central dans l'élaboration et la mise en place des plans de croissance adaptés.
- Garantir la relation avec les enseignes sur les leviers assortiments, merchandising : recommandation d'assortiment, création et implémentation des guidelines et plans nationaux, etc.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les clients pour négocier les meilleures conditions, élaborer des partenariats fructueux.
- Assurer la gestion opérationnelle des comptes en interne.
Exigences
Diplômé(e) d'une formation de type BAC+5 (école de commerce et/ou Ingénieur Agro), vous avez une expérience réussie à un poste siège (idéalement sur un poste similaire), et validé un passage terrain. Le secteur de la grande consommation n'a presque plus aucun secret pour vous.
