We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Strategist to join our team at Hydrogen Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Strategic Business Plans: Create comprehensive business development plans by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Coordinate the implementation of tactical programs to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with our Sales Teams to achieve local revenue targets and align marketing and sales strategies with the Local General Manager.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as an internal and external expert on our products, providing scientific insights and guidance to stakeholders.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) through regular visits and communication.
- Business Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses and routine reporting of local business performance to inform business planning and decision-making.
- Market Research: Design and execute customer and market research programs to gather valuable insights and drive business outcomes.
- Network Development: Build and leverage a network within our organization, Global Sales, Global Marketing Teams, and affiliates to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Requirements
