About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team at Hive Logistics as the Head of UK Expansion. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our UK business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the UK market
  • Lead a team of Business Development and Account Managers to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform growth strategies and optimize business operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business growth and expansion, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in top management consulting, project management, or more strategic roles is a strong plus
