- Client Management: Provide exceptional service and support to Enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and dynamic team environment, providing guidance and expertise to colleagues to drive business results.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients.
- Business Growth: Contribute to the bank's and service's revenue growth targets through strategic business development and sales initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of the International team, driving efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of business.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of business development and client management.
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen, analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
