Job Summary

The Front Desk Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Front Desk and ensures that all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Front Desk team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Front Desk operations, including process improvements and staff training.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, responding promptly to guest complaints and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient handling of guest transactions, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
  • Ability to speak Russian and Thai languages will be an advantage

Additional Information

Russian speaking is preferable.
