Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Account Manager to join our team at Amazon EU SARL (FR) - D69. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new businesses to sell on Amazon, as well as supporting existing sellers in growing their revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Account Manager - New Seller Recruitment
    • Identify and prospect new businesses to sell on Amazon, and educate them on the benefits of doing so.
    • Build trusting relationships with partner sellers and support them in developing their business on Amazon.
    • Work with partner sellers on key account management levers to maximize their sales performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe.
    • Train partner sellers on the tools available in the Seller Central account to ensure their autonomy.
    • Be proactive and manage improvement projects such as new tools or processes.
  • New Account Manager - Existing Seller Management
    • Build trusting relationships with existing partner sellers with high potential and support them in developing their business on Amazon.
    • Become an expert in one or more development programs that enable partner sellers to maximize their sales performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe.
    • Collect feedback from seller experience on your program and support the development of this program.
    • Train partner sellers on the tools available in the management interface to ensure their autonomy.
    • Be proactive and manage improvement projects such as new tools or processes.
  • Marketplace Consultant - Amazon Marketplace Professional Services
    • Articulate value propositions around our paid service programs.
    • Strategically manage a portfolio of 10 to 20 partner sellers to drive sustainable revenue growth in France and Europe based on a solid understanding of programs, tools, and processes.
    • Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize partner seller potential across all modules.
    • Prepare and present regular business plans with partner sellers in your portfolio.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem and competitive environment.
    • Be proactive and manage improvement projects such as new tools or processes.
Requirements:
  • One or more successful commercial experiences in managing customer accounts.
  • Experience in the e-commerce sector, in account management, sales, or consulting.
  • Ability to exceed marketing/conversion targets using a consulting approach focused on solutions.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills and a persuasive personality. The role is a springboard for growth in the digital and at Amazon.
