We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Account Manager to join our team in Clichy, France. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new businesses to sell on Amazon, as well as supporting existing sellers to grow their revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and prospect new businesses to sell on Amazon, and educate them on the benefits of doing so.
- Build trusting relationships with partner sellers and support them in developing their business on Amazon.
- Work with partner sellers on key account management levers to maximize their sales performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe.
- Train partner sellers on the tools available in the Seller Central account to ensure their autonomy.
- Be proactive and manage improvement projects such as new tools or processes.
- Bachelor's degree from a Business School or an Engineering School (or equivalent university education).
- Strong interest in the E-commerce sector.
- Excellent level of French and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment, good management of complexity.
- One or more successful commercial experiences in managing customer accounts.
- Experience in the e-commerce sector, in account management, sales, or consulting.
- Ability to exceed marketing/conversion targets using a consulting approach focused on solutions.
This role is a springboard for growth in the digital and at Amazon. We are looking for your interpersonal skills and personality: persuasive, attentive, ability to argue, organized, curious, independent.
