Amazon Business - Account Manager BtoB Junior (H/F)

Our B2B customers have different needs from Amazon's traditional customers, which is why we are looking for talented employees to reinvent our approach to selection, pricing, products, and customer experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager BtoB junior (H/F) to acquire new clients and support them in using the platform. As a key member of our Amazon Business team, you will be responsible for contacting clients, registering them, and encouraging them to adopt our features. You will also be responsible for monitoring their performance, meeting their needs, and supporting them through a long-term relationship of trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for understanding the needs of potential clients and supporting them in developing their account and adopting new features.
  • You will relay the needs and collect feedback from clients to share with internal teams, including Product Managers and Marketing Managers.
  • You will be proactive in suggesting and implementing initiatives that could enhance the performance of the Amazon Business team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a top business school (or equivalent university education)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong sales skills, ideally with one or more successful sales experiences in account management
  • Strong interest in the online and e-commerce sector, ideally with one or more experiences in these areas
  • Very good level of English and French required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
