Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth in your customer portfolio while considering overall commercial priorities.
- Lead cross-functional projects and share best practices with the team.
- Develop and recommend sales, promotional, and merchandising strategies to achieve Hasbro's goals.
- Share channel, retailer, and brand insights with the Global Commercial Strategy & Operations team.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Senior Category Manager in FMCG.
- Ability to execute global channel strategies.
- Experience with recommending and implementing strategies across different channels.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Creative problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong negotiation skills.
