We are seeking a highly skilled Data Acculturation Specialist to join our team at SUEZ. As a key member of our Data Governance department, you will play a crucial role in promoting a data-driven culture within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement a Data Acculturation Strategy: Define and execute a data acculturation strategy tailored to our various business units, collaborating with data owners to identify needs and opportunities for data acculturation.
- Design and Deliver a Training Plan: Create and deploy a training plan to develop data skills among our employees, with a focus on different profiles (business users, data stewards, IT project managers). Develop a certification program with internal levels.
- Communicate Data Initiatives: Develop and implement a communication plan to raise awareness and inform employees about data-related initiatives and projects. Create engaging content (newsletters, articles, guides) and organize internal events to promote a data culture (seminars, workshops).
- Support Data Governance Deployment: Assist in the deployment of our data governance plan, animating data domain committees to support data domain owners in creating their data roadmaps. Support the deployment of data roles in business units, ensuring the respect of processes and data quality, and helping business units to animate data steward communities.
- Degree in computer science, data management, communication, or a related field.
- Confirmed experience in a similar role, preferably in a data-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of data governance concepts and associated tools.
- Strong team player with the ability to work across functions within the organization.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Competence in data-related technologies (business intelligence, data science, API management, analytics, big data, etc.).
- 7 years of experience in designing and implementing data strategies, big data/ AI initiatives, or data governance.
- Fluent English.
