We're looking for an Arabic speaking Business Development Representative to join our team in France, representing Databricks to prospective customers in the Middle East. This role is ideal for a sales professional looking to develop their skills and contribute to a game-changing enterprise software company.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive engagement in key target accounts.
  • Conduct research to inform and develop compelling outreach campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences for Databricks' prospective customers.
  • Partner with the sales team to develop territory strategy, build pipeline, and drive adoption.

What We Look For:

  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Determination to succeed, learn, and build the next best enterprise software company.
  • Consistent, measurable over-achievement in past experiences.
  • Great communication skills, especially listening and questioning in phone-based and in-person scenarios.
  • A genuine interest in big data and AI.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
