As a Sales Development Representative, you will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of B2B software sales. This role offers an excellent learning opportunity to develop consultative sales skills and grow professionally for individuals interested in pursuing a career in sales.

The responsibilities in this role:

* Work closely with Account Executives to manage prospects from qualified lead to closing.
* Participate in and observe sales calls to gain practical knowledge about the sales process and customer interactions.
* Manage customer projects during their trial period, negotiate custom offers, and close deals.
* Support the team in positioning and articulating the Aircall value proposition to small businesses.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

The skills required to succeed in this role:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* Spanish (spoken and written) must be flawless when communicating with clients, and fluent English will be necessary for internal communication.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
* Experience in a customer-facing role (support or success) is a plus.
