In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to influence the future of our interactions with organizations across EMEA that have yet to embrace the AWS platform. You will spearhead the data-driven formulation of market entry strategies and initiatives aimed at assisting new customers in understanding and adopting cutting-edge cloud technologies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Crafting market penetration strategies within commercial accounts across your designated regions.
- Collaborating with AWS sales leadership, marketing, partner relations, inside sales, demand generation, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive experience for our clients.
- Engaging with leaders throughout EMEA to develop and execute plans that facilitate large-scale AWS adoption.
The ideal candidate will have a background in greenfield sales or related functions that empower them to foster meaningful engagement and interaction with both internal stakeholders and customers at the executive level. They should possess a proven ability to think strategically and systematically about business, product, and technical challenges, along with the capacity to articulate compelling value propositions.
Key attributes include:
- Exceptional skills in managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- A self-motivated approach to defining, developing, and executing a data-driven business strategy that enables your territory to consistently achieve quarterly and annual objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in technology-related sales, consulting, or business development
- Demonstrated success in driving strategic planning processes
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual targets while building robust pipelines
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to develop, implement, manage, and influence across a diverse set of senior stakeholders
- Master's/MBA degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience in defining go-to-market strategies targeted at enterprise clients, focusing on developing, executing, and scaling field initiatives
- Direct field experience with Enterprise organizations
- Consulting or customer-facing solution experience
- Technical expertise in engineering, computer science, or MIS is advantageous
