About the RoleWe're looking for a results-driven sales professional to join our Art Supercluster Sales team. As an Art Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing a portfolio of high-value French sellers, including contemporary artists and art galleries.
You'll work closely with our art experts to accelerate growth and optimize our reach. Your responsibilities will include guiding and challenging your assigned sellers to meet KPIs, collaborating with art experts to source lots for auctions, and building strong relationships with sellers through regular communication and visits.
You'll also develop medium and long-term strategic growth plans for your assigned sellers, aligned with our global Art Strategy. Additionally, you'll proactively sign up new art sellers to bring fresh supply and diversity to our category.
What You'll Bring- A strong sales mindset with a focus on results and target achievement.
- Proficiency in data-driven approaches.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal teams and external sellers.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Skilled in data-driven negotiation and organizational abilities.
The estimated salary for this role is €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
