We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our expanding sales team at Witivio - AI Solutions for Microsoft Teams. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across the globe, primarily focusing on North America, APAC, and the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, relationship-building, and strategic outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses, including C-level executives and IT leaders.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand the needs and pain points of potential clients, and prepare for demo meetings with account executives.
- Qualify incoming leads generated by our sales machine and take ownership of the sales process.
- Develop and execute outbound campaigns to position yourself as a thought leader in the Future of Work and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop successful campaigns and provide valuable insights to drive business results.
- Contribute to the development and presentation of new ideas to expand our core offering, increase sales, and boost company revenue.
- Language: Proficiency in English (C2) and French (B2) is highly desirable.
- At least 1 year of BDR/SDR experience in a SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of technology and ability to translate the company's technology to potential clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to prioritize activities for maximum results and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized, with a blend of creativity and data-driven thinking.
