Groupe Bernier, a leading automotive distribution company, is seeking a dedicated and driven New/Used Car Salesperson (M/F) to join our esteemed TOYOTA dealership in Villebon-Sur-Yvette.

As part of a dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales success.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Successfully sell new and pre-owned TOYOTA vehicles at our Villebon-Sur-Yvette showroom, with the opportunity to collaborate with our TOYOTA Les Ulis dealership.
  • Proactively promote and present compelling offers, options, and additional services (financing, extended warranties, maintenance contracts, insurance) in alignment with brand guidelines and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate your sales expertise, customer-centric approach, and ability to cultivate lasting customer relationships. Your performance will be evaluated based on sales achievements, service orientation, and customer loyalty, with a particular emphasis on financing sales and adherence to quality procedures.

Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or the sale of complex products (real estate, finance, etc.), ideally with at least two years of experience within the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, dynamism, and outstanding communication abilities.
  • A demonstrated track record of credibility, determination, and commitment to building enduring customer relationships.
  • A passion for exceeding sales targets and fostering customer loyalty.

Preferred Qualifications: A minimum 2-year degree is preferred (e.g., CQP GNFA Certified Salesperson, BTS NRC or Business/Sales Management, University Degree).

A valid driver's license is essential for this role.
