Position Overview:

As the Manager of Net Revenue Management Excellence, you will play a vital role in enhancing the profitability and growth of our organization. This position requires you to facilitate significant behavioral changes within the organization by collaborating with various markets across Europe to implement transformative NRM processes, comprehensive playbooks, and effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively develop and refine Essity's NRM processes and playbooks.
  • Oversee the continuous creation and delivery of the Essity NRM Academy.
  • Drive and communicate adherence to the Essity operational standards.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize the NRM culture and capability across the Consumer Goods sector in EMEA.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful implementation of NRM strategies.

Who You Are:

  • Extensive experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in commercial or strategic roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) or Net Revenue Management (NRM).
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills, capable of achieving results in a matrix organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of key NRM concepts such as Brand Portfolio Pricing and Promotion Strategy.
  • Proficient in leading with influence and possessing excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, with a willingness to travel as required.
