We are seeking a skilled Revenue Management Excellence Lead to enhance our organizational capabilities and drive profitable growth.

Role Overview:

In this critical position, you will facilitate transformative change by collaborating with various markets to implement effective Revenue Management processes, frameworks, and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively design and refine Revenue Management processes and frameworks.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of our Revenue Management Academy.
  • Promote and ensure adherence to our operational standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will have a solid background in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, or Market Strategy & Planning, along with the ability to engage diverse teams to drive change within a matrix organization. Strong stakeholder management skills and a commitment to making a lasting impact are essential.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing the Revenue Management capability roadmap.
  • Leading capability-building initiatives across the business unit.
  • Maintaining and updating the suite of Revenue Management playbooks.
  • Implementing operational processes through collaboration with regional teams.
  • Assessing and communicating Revenue Management maturity across different regions.
  • Benchmarking against industry standards and integrating best practices.

Who You Are:

You possess extensive experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in commercial or strategic roles. Your organizational skills enable you to manage complex projects effectively, and your collaborative approach fosters success in diverse teams. You have a deep understanding of key Revenue Management concepts and are motivated to drive organizational change.
